Intentional institution design for the coming era feels like the right direction to go in. Especially because much of the swampiness in the activities AI adoption supposedly touches is more social than technical.

The bar for publication is specificity. We’re looking for more than claims that AI will upend our social infrastructure. We want the design details: what should change, how would it work, who holds the authority, and what could go wrong?
